Pay Range

£40,000 - £47,000 per annum + uncapped commission + team bonus

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead multiple recruitment specialisms, driving growth, performance, and exceptional service delivery across a diverse and well-established market. What you’ll be doingAs an Area Manager, you’ll lead from the front, developing high-performing teams whilst building strong client and candidate relationships.You will:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialist recruiters across multiple disciplines
  • Create and deliver a clear business development strategy to grow market share
  • Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point
  • Drive team performance against KPIs, financial targets, and business plans
  • Analyse performance data to make sound commercial decisions
  • Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Reed’s presence locally
  • Ensure a first-class service for both clients and candidates
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a sustainable, high-performing team
