Area Manager (VIC)
Through leadership and coaching of the Repair Centre Managers and their teams, the Area Manager is responsible for the financial and operational performance and profitability.
Reporting to the State Operations Manager - VIC, the successful candidate will be tasked with driving effective outcomes across multiple sites in Melbourne.
You will ensure the sites you are responsible for continue to make positive contributions through alignment and delivery of organisational outcomes and standards, contemporary leadership & coaching, employee engagement and, accurate reporting reflecting the metrics and results for your allocated region.
Further, the Area Manager will support the building and maintenance of business relationships including liaison with insurers, suppliers, and other key internal and external stakeholders.
Regular travel between sites across Melbourne will be required, in addition to occasional interstate travel.
