In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Lead and inspire a team of Production Supervisors across manufacturing area(s)
• Ensure the safe, efficient, and quality-driven execution of daily production activities while delivering business objectives
• Create an engaging, high-performance culture built on accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Develop organizational capabilities through coaching, mentoring, and talent development
• Drive operational excellence initiatives focused on productivity, quality, delivery performance, and cost optimization
• Partner closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and other key stakeholders to achieve sustainable business results
• Analyze operational performance, identify improvement opportunities, and lead actions that deliver measurable outcomes
• Champion cross-functional collaboration and effective decision-making to support manufacturing and site objectives
• Build a proactive, customer-focused mindset within the organization while ensuring long-term operational success

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related technical field
• Proven experience in electronics manufacturing, SMT, soldering, or a similar production environment
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing production teams through supervisors or team leaders
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions
• Ability to prioritize effectively, manage competing demands, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using operational metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making to drive performance improvements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions and organizational levels
• Commitment to safety, quality, integrity, and continuous improvement
• Fluent English and Hungarian language skills

• Experience leading manufacturing areas through Production Supervisors in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
• Practical experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Experience applying structured problem-solving techniques and driving sustainable corrective actions
• Demonstrated success in achieving and improving Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People performance
• Experience leading changes and successfully engaging teams through organizational or operational transformations
• Ability to build strong working relationships and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Proven track record of developing team capabilities and fostering employee engagement
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence and long-term business performance
