Kepak Group, one of Europe's leading food producers, is currently seeking an Area Leader to join its team. As an individual who is passionate about food production, the Area Leader will oversee and monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality are at their peak. You will be part of a team that is focused on bringing trusted quality and excellent service to the table, using meat craft to develop and grow the business. The pillars of our proud heritage ensure that we are grounded in the presence of nature and our communities, with sustainability and animal welfare as key drivers for our success.
Working Hours: 35 hours with the possibility of overtime based on operational needs. Rotating 4-day week (Monday to Saturday) with rotating AM/PM weekly shift pattern.
AM Shift: 5:00 AM – 3:15 PM
PM Shift: 3:15 PM – 1:00 AM
