HR Generalist (Multi-Site – Based in Arbuckle, CA) English and Spanish speaking required.
This HR partner will work with operations leadership, colleagues, HR team members, and centers of excellence to deliver consistent, high-quality human resources support across multiple locations in the United States. This role supports a broad range of HR activities including employee relations, workforce management, performance management, policy interpretation, compliance, and more. This HR partner will help foster an engaged, safe, and productive work environment. This HR partner will have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
This position is ideal for an early to mid-career HR professional who enjoys traveling to sites, building relationships, and supporting operations through hands-on HR partnership. The position will sit on site at our Arbuckle Rice Mill and travel to sites primarily in Pacific and Mountain time. There will be additional travel to other sites/locations required as needed.
This position reports through the Regional HRM for Ag Services and Milling – North America. The role will work closely with and take direction from Regional HRPBs.

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$63,000.00 - $99,100.00
