The Area Executive Director (AED) – Hospice provides strategic, operational, and financial leadership across multiple hospice branch locations throughout New Mexico This role serves as a key liaison between Branch Executive Directors and the Area Vice President of Operations (AVP), ensuring alignment with organizational goals while driving clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, and strong financial results.
The AED is responsible for fostering growth, strengthening leadership capabilities at the branch level, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered end-of-life care consistent with organizational values and standards.
