Job Purpose: Compilation of data for preparing MIS, internal and External Audit co-ordination and Compliance, Documentation for Audit compliance and Digitization.

Quality Management System

  • Data collection for Preparation of MIS To Monitor Progress of KPI taken for Department.
  • Gathering inputs from All mechanical Department
  • Internal/External Audit recommendations/action compliance report preparation.
  • Compilation of department Digitization Initiatives and System Developments related actions.

Systems, Policies & Procedures

  • Preparation of SOP/SMPs (Standard Operating /Maintenance Procedures).
  • Department KPIs Monitoring& Tracking.
  • Central shift schedule preparation

Internal & External Audit

  • Monitoring status of Safety portal recommendations and compliance.
  • Provide necessary support during internal & External Audits

SAP PM

  • SAP Notification, PM Orders and Preventive Maintenance Jobs monitoring and compliance.
  • SAP Master data Maintenance
  • Creation and monitoring of maintenance Plan & Equipment Tag No.

Financial Participative Management

  • Opex Budget Monitoring.
  • Variance Compilation.
  • Actual Costing Bifurcation and responsible for compilation of Variance data for mechanical.

Participative Management

  • By information sharing regarding Budget/Compliance etc.
  • Sharing noncompliance of HSEF for timely action.

Safety & OHSMS

  • Ensure 100 % compliance HSEF.
  • Monitoring compliance of mandatory training among team
  • Ensure ergonomics during job.
  • To comply the recommendations of Safety Audit points within target.

Environment & Energy Management

  • Ensure compliance with EMS ISO 14001 and Energy Management System ISO 50001
  • Promote awareness of energy policies and objectives.

Energy Management 50001;2018

  • Promote awareness and compliance with ISO 50001:2018 standards.
  • Monitor significant energy uses and support achievement of energy objectives

Process Safety Management

  • Prepare PM compliance of Critical equipment or deviation note attachment in SAP.
  • PSM Safety Awareness.

Educational Qualification & Experience

Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical or Equivalent with 3-5 years experience
