Care Hospice is seeking an Area Director of Operations for our growing Altus Hospice team in Texas (Alice, Beaumont, Corpus Christi, Kingwood, Laredo, Livingston, Sugarland, & Victoria). An ideal candidate is a seasoned hospice leader who has multi-site management experience, a passion for hospice, and a strong operational background.
***Must be within driving distance of the territory and willing to spend at least 75% of time in the assigned territory. Must have prior hospice management experience.***
The Area Director of Operations is responsible for administering and overseeing all aspects of the day-to-day operations of multiple hospice programs/locations consistent with established goals, objectives, policies, and regulations of Care Hospice. The Area Director of Operations is also responsible for compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures applicable to hospice regulatory guidelines. The Area Director of Operations will manage the affairs of the local branch locations under the general direction of senior management.
