What You’ll Do
Own Revenue Integrity & Billing Performance
· Identify and fix issues causing billing delays, denials, and lost revenue
· Ensure services are fully documented, authorized, and billable
· Partner with Revenue Cycle to improve clean claim rates and reimbursement accuracy
· Drive recovery of at-risk or delayed revenue
Find the Gaps Others Miss
· Analyze EMR, billing, and operational data to uncover revenue leakage
· Identify trends like missed visits, expired authorizations, and documentation gaps
· Turn insights into actionable solutions across teams
Lead Cross-Functional Accountability
· Partner with Operations, Clinical, Intake, Scheduling, Payroll, and RCM teams
· Hold teams accountable for tasks that directly impact billing
· Act as the go-to escalation point when claims are delayed
Improve & Standardize Operations
· Build and implement process improvements that support faster, cleaner billing
· Help standardize workflows across locations
· Create a culture of urgency, ownership, and accountability
What Success Looks Like (First 3–6 Months)
· Identify and close major billing and operational gaps
· Recover delayed or at-risk revenue
· Reduce avoidable write-offs and denials
· Improve billing speed and accuracy across the region

Required Experience
· 5+ years in home health, home care, or healthcare operations
· 5+ years leading teams across multiple sites or regions
· Strong experience with billing, claims, or revenue cycle operations
· Hands-on experience with EMR systems and operational data
· Advanced skills in Excel and reporting tools
Preferred
· Bachelor’s degree
· Experience with denials management, billing workflows, or revenue recovery
