Job Description

Ohel is seeking a Senior level manager to oversee a variety of community-based programs for individuals with disabilities, including five Day Hab programs in Brooklyn, Queens and the Five Towns. Responsibilities include creating innovative programming, supervision of clinical, managerial and direct support professional staff, regulation compliance and clinical interaction with families and individuals. The Area Coordinator is part of the senior management team and is involved in the development of new initiatives and interacting with other agency programs. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field, Master’s preferred, as well as significant managerial experience within a related field. Valid NY or NJ Driver’s license required, own car preferred.Position includes a competitive benefits package that includes a 403B retirement plan with employee contribution, sick and vacation paid time off (PTO) and for full-time employees, health insurance. Salary: $85,000- $100,000
