Are you ready to make your mark as a leader in the fast-paced world of quick-service restaurants? Join us as an Area Coach and take charge of driving the success of multiple KFC locations in Texas.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of 6-8 restaurants, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Providing training, coaching, and support to Restaurant Managers, Assistant Managers, and teams to excel in their roles.
• Motivating and recognizing team members for exceptional customer service.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement initiatives for business growth.
• Upholding our high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence.
  

• You will be required to attend the Plano, TX office 3 days a week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
• 3-5 years of successful multi-unit management experience in Quick Service Restaurants.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
• Exceptional team-building capability.
• Basic business math, accounting skills, and analytical decision-making.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Demonstrated track record of workplace achievement in employee selection, coaching, and development.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance, and employee satisfaction.
• College or University Degree preferred.

Salary Range: $78,500 to $99,500 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
