Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to all active clients within the assigned area.
• Serve as the primary representative of the company, maintaining strong client relationships and trust.
• Maintain active communication with client PICs to ensure all needs are met in a timely manner.
• Resolve on-site operational issues or escalate them to the relevant internal teams.
• Identify candidate referral opportunities from existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and workforce needs in the assigned region.
• Collaborate closely with the Recruitment, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any major (preferably Communication, Business, or Management).
• At least 1 year of experience in client relations or account management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work mobile and conduct business travel.
• Possess a valid motorcycle/car driving license and own personal vehicle.
• Professional, well-groomed, and presentable appearance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.
