Job Description

As an Area Business Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the Loans Against Gold business. Your role will involve overseeing marketing and sales operations, ensuring effective branch management, and driving business expansion. You will play a crucial role in achieving business targets and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to promote Loans Against Gold products and services, targeting the right audience.
  • Oversee branch operations, ensuring efficient and effective customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate business performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining a high level of integrity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align business strategies and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management, highlighting achievements and challenges.

  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
