Job Description

  • Deliver Sales Targets
  • Achieve volume, revenue, market share, and profitability targets within the assigned area.
  • Manage Distributor and Customer Performance
  • Ensure effective distributor operations and strengthen relationships with key customers to maximize business opportunities.
  • Lead and Develop the Sales Team
  • Coach, guide, and monitor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams to improve capability, productivity, and engagement.
  • Drive Execution Excellence
  • Ensure consistent execution of company priorities, including assortment, distribution, visibility, promotions, and in-store activation.
  • Monitor Business Performance and Identify Opportunities
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to develop action plans that accelerate business growth.

Requirement :

  • Experience to handling distribution channel
  • Educational Background Bachelor Degree from Any Discipline
  • At least 5-7 years experience in Sales position
  • Computer literate (Basic Application)
  • Able to Communicate in English.
  • Good administration skill
  • Having good negotiation and Interpersonal skill
