As you might have caught from the media or while travelling across eastern Slovakia, Volvo has finished building one of its most modern facilities. As we are starting our launch soon and preparing for new models that will be leaving our lines in 2027, we are also looking for people to fill positions in higher management

We are building a talent pool of experienced leaders and technical experts for potential future opportunities across our operations. This initiative is exploratory and aims to identify and engage professionals with proven expertise and leadership potential for strategic projects and upcoming initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

• Operational leaders: Superintendents, Shop Managers, Plant Managers
• Engineering Specialists - Leaders, Quality Leads
• Relevant Departments / Areas (examples from automotive):
• Propulsion – e.g., engine, transmission, e-mobility
• Body-in-White / Stamping – structural manufacturing, sheet metal processes
• Robotics & Automation – industrial robotics, process automation
• Logistics & Supply Chain – inbound/outbound, warehouse, materials planning
• Paint & Surface Treatment – coating, finishing
• Quality & Continuous Improvement – QA, process optimization, lean manufacturing

If you have worked directly in an OEM or Tier 1 setting and successfully managed projects with results that you can showcase, along with references you can provide, we would like to speak with you.

If you would be interested and tick the boxes, meaning:

• OEM or Tier 1 experience, on a higher, or exec management level.
• Knowledge of a modern day OEM environment (will have the latest tech).
• Willingness to relocate from Slovakia, the Czech Republic or Poland.
• English on a fluent level.

We are not looking for positions in Sales or Marketing.
