BridgeBio is seeking an Access & Reimbursement Director – Rare Disease (Hybrid Reimbursement & Patient Support) responsible for executing the launch strategy across a rare disease portfolio including integrating provider-facing reimbursement strategy with patient access and support coordination across a rare disease portfolio.
This hybrid role operates at an Associate Director level of autonomy and cross-functional influence, serving as a regional expert in navigating complex reimbursement pathways while supporting compliant education and coordination related to patient access and support programs.
The Associate Director partners with healthcare providers, consented patients and care partners, specialty pharmacies, and internal stakeholders to support patient understanding of reimbursement, affordability, and access processes in a compliant and ethical manner.
This position reports into Market Access / Patient Services leadership and works in close collaboration with Medical, Compliance, Legal, Commercial, Sales, and Patient Services teams.
This is a U.S.-based field role requiring greater than 50% domestic travel based on regional needs.

Below is the anticipated salary range for candidates for this role who will work in California. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and length of experience within the job, type, and length of experience within the industry, educational background, location of residence and performance during the interview process. BridgeBio is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions based in other states.
Salary $185,000—$235,000 USD
