Our Immersive Experience (IE) Team are renowned for creating unique and meaningful experiences, from the intimate to the epic! They've worked on exhibitions, narrative-driven destinations, museums, galleries, retail spaces, art installations and a lot more... you can see our work here

With new projects on the horizon, we are seeking expressions of interest from proficient Architectural Technicians/Draftspersons..

Here's what our Architectural Technicians/Drauftpersons do:

  • Design, draft and detail production-ready architectural drawings for exhibitions, sculptures, and other location-based experiences – including the modelling of complex geometry.
  • Produce clean, well-annotated drawing sets that support quick comprehension and efficient workshop execution.
  • Combine strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, and workshop processes to produce precise, buildable documentation—including detailed workshop drawings, material specifications, tolerances, schedules, and clear installation or assembly instructions.
  • Bridge the gap between early concepts and fully developed design drawings, capturing the creative vision and refining it through iterative design and technical development.
  • Design with real-world application in mind, considering transport, assembly, and installation requirements from the outset

We're look for:

  • Advanced CAD & BIM proficiency with the ability to model complex geometry and produce detailed, production-ready drawing.
  • Strong knowledge of materials and construction methods to build precise buildable documentation
  • The ability to translate concept to construction - capturing the creative vision and refining it through iterative design and technical development
  • Experience collaborating with designers, engineers, fabricators and external partners
  • Clear visual communication'
  • Design with real-world applications in mind

It is essential that you have experience working in:

  • Revit
  • Rhino

Experience with Dynamo and Grasshopper is a big plus, too.
