  Develop, modify, and maintain detailed architectural models using BIM tools
• 
  Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of models with project standards and requirements
• 
  Manage and coordinate BIM data across multiple project teams
• 
  Perform clash detection and model validation using coordination software
• 
  Support the integration of data-driven workflows within architectural projects
• 
  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to align design intent and technical requirements
• 
  Maintain documentation and version control of BIM models and associated data
• 
  Assist in establishing and enforcing BIM standards, protocols, and best practices
• 
  Provide technical support and guidance on BIM-related tools and processes

Requirements

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Drafting Technology, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• 
  3+ years of experience in architectural drafting, BIM modeling, or related roles
• 
  High level proficiency in Revit
• 
  Strong experience with Solibri for model checking and coordination
• 
  Knowledge of BIM standards, workflows, and data management principles
• 
  Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex datasets
• 
  Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• 
  Ability to work effectively within project teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify and resolve model inconsistencies
