
I have a great opportunity with a growing Architecture practice that are currently interviewing for experienced Architectural Technicians and Technologists to join their small but growing team in their highly desirable Cambridge based office.
The practice work on design led projects primarily across Residential, Mixed use, Healthcare, Science and technology, Education and Commercial. Working on both local schemes and across the UK, they are an established firm with additional offices across the UK at a really exciting period of growth in Cambridge.
This is a great opportunity to join a thriving practice at a period of exciting expansion, working on truly exciting projects! You will join a friendly team and be part of a bigger regional team that do regular team socials and have a great office set up, perfectly located with everything you could need and more.
Candidates should ideally have:
- Strong RIBA Stage 4-6 experience
- Prior experienced in using Revit is highly desirable although not essential as training can be provided
- A passion for working on leading projects and good attention to detail
- Good client facing skills
- The ability to work well in a team, collaboratively and independently at times
- CIAT membership beneficial but not essential
- Experienced in working on live UK projects
To be considered for this role you must have experience working on UK projects in a technical capacity on the later stages and hold a comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations. Experience in Revit is not essential yet highly desirable for this role.
