  • Research, compile, and analyze information needed to support project design and documentation.
  • Track assignments against project schedules and communicate progress, questions, and potential issues to project leaders.
  • Contribute to the production and coordination of 3D models.
  • Provide technical guidance to less-experienced architectural staff as appropriate.
  • Complete additional project-related assignments as needed.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in architecture from an accredited program preferred.
  • At least six years of professional architectural experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of architectural design, technical documentation, construction methods, and building codes.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
  • Careful attention to detail and document accuracy.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and adjust to changing project needs.
  • Comfortable collaborating with project teams, consultants, and clients.
  • Able to provide constructive technical guidance to less-experienced team members.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and interested in continued professional development.
