Job Description

Job Title: Architectural Project Manager – Phoenix AZ

Join a growing architecture firm with a diverse portfolio offering an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

Provide direction and coordination to project teams to deliver high-quality design, documentation, and support throughout all project phases

Create and evaluate architectural drawings and specifications to ensure alignment with regulations and internal guidelines

Maintain project timelines by aligning deliverables with client expectations, staffing levels, and contractual commitments

Oversee construction activities to verify adherence to design intent, offering updates or clarifications as needed

Qualifications

10+ years of architectural experience

Large-scale project experience in the Retail, Office and/or Industrial space

Experience in project planning

Architecture degree required

Proficiency in Revit

Professional registration preferred but not required
