Architectural Project Manager
St. Paul, MN - Hybrid | Direct Hire | $100k – $125k

Konik is partnering with a growing design firm with an excellent culture and diversified project expertise, seeking to add an experienced Architectural Project Manager to their Senior Living studio. This role involves managing projects from concept through completion and working closely with clients and the design team to deliver quality building solutions. Projects include new construction and renovations of existing buildings.

Architectural Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage projects through all phases, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met.
  • Conduct and maintain client communication throughout the project cycle.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless coordination and execution.
  • Interpret and develop design concepts into constructible solutions while maintaining architectural integrity.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, QA/QC standards, and industry best practices.
  • Handle construction administration tasks, including site visits, RFIs, submittal reviews, and change orders.

Architectural Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of architectural experience; licensure is a plus.
  • Experience managing housing (multi-family / senior living) projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Bluebeam
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate complex projects, manage teams, and maintain client relationships.
