Location: West

Responsibilities

• To use current AutoCAD software. Knowledge of Revit software to design and implement MEP systems is an added advantage
• Ensure compliance of quality standards in CAD drawings
• Redesign drawings accordingly to mark-ups and specifications
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy
• Translate and convert hand drawings and sketches into CAD systems
• Read, evaluate and interpret mechanical/ process designs and drawings
• Create and implement work methodologies and strategies
• Documentation and update all drawings
• Produce shop drawings, as-built drawing, coordination and integration of engineering and M&E drawings
• Maintain all revisions of project drawings
• Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team
• Participate in project meetings as required
• Prepare engineering documents for user and/or client submittal

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent preferred. Other relevant qualifications will also be considered
• 1 - 2 years experience as a 2D CAD drafter in building & construction
• Proficient in MEP drawing, AutoCAD software, MS Office.
• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environment on site
• Able to work independently with little or no supervision required
