Architectural Drafter

Join an architecture and design company specializing in residential projects, where you will play a key role in creating detailed architectural drafts using AutoCAD and Revit. Your work will help maintain high-quality design standards while improving cost efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• 
  Create detailed architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• 
  Work on drafting tasks for residential projects, typically lasting four to eight weeks.
• 
  Collaborate closely with designers to ensure accuracy and alignment with project specifications.
• 
  Model designs based on render files, including window schedules and layout planning.
• 
  Review and revise drafts based on designer feedback.
• 
  Communicate through Slack (SLEX) and Asana for project updates and coordination.
• 
  Ensure precision and attention to detail in all drafted documents, aligning with the company’s design standards.

Who You'll Work With:

Be part of a talented and creative architecture and design team, working closely with designers to bring residential projects to life. Your expertise in drafting will directly contribute to the quality and efficiency of each project.

Who We're Looking For:

• 
  Technical expertise:
  At least two years of experience using AutoCAD and Revit for architectural drafting.
• 
  Attention to detail:
  Ability to ensure accuracy in all drafts and identify potential errors before finalizing designs.
• 
  Common sense and problem-solving skills:
  Capable of thinking critically and making logical decisions when drafting and modeling.
• 
  Team collaboration:
  Comfortable working with designers and incorporating feedback into revisions.
