Our designers at Gensler craft meaningful experiences grounded in a deep understanding of culture, time, and place. Each environment we create is designed in response to the bigger picture yet tailored to suit unique brand perspectives. The result is a perfect balance between beauty and functionality. We look to engage as artists, craftsmen, inventors, designers, and entrepreneurs endowed with an endless curiosity and a mindful approach to design.
As a Gensler Senior Designer, you are responsible for helping to lead collaborative, creative teams and providing design leadership through all phases of client projects. Use your unique design perspective to bring new approaches to the design process and strategy, develop next-generation talent, and help our clients redesign what’s possible. Your role is to combine creativity and technical knowledge with business skills and understanding to produce functionally beautiful spaces for clients while mentoring junior designers to achieve inspiring, impactful design.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience delivering complex mixed-use and/or large-scale architectural projects, with the ability to navigate multidisciplinary coordination, technical complexity, and high-level design execution across multiple project phases.
