HBA Residential is the specialist design-house of HBA consisting of Architects, Interior Designers and FF&E designers who conceive and develop beautifully crafted residential projects holistically. About this role:

We are looking for creative Architectural Designers join our Singapore office. Vacancies available for both junior & intermediate levels.

As an Architectural Designer of our Residential team, you will work on ultra-luxury residential projects, both locally in internationally. You will gain experience in all stages of design and actively supporting the team in schematic and design documentation stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Architects and Design Directors to develop design concepts and proposals.
• Prepare masterplans, architectural designs, detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Research building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with client consultants, contractors, and interior designers and other vendors.
• Participate in design reviews, presentations, and client meetings to present and discuss design concepts, progress, and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practice, emerging technologies

Below are the minimum qualifications that we expect from you:

• The right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorships.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 3 - 6 years of experience in architecture (Candidate with less experiences will be considered for junior architectural designer roles)
• Experience in luxury residential or hospitality projects
• Excellent skills in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop (Knowledge and experience in AI related software such as Stable Diffusion and Midjourney is a bonus.)

• Fluent in English

• Strong conceptualization and presentation skills
• Technology savvy and proficient in the mainstream design software
• Strong sense of design flair and love of art
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Ability to meet tight project deadlines
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• A team player and strong communication skills
