What you need to bring:

• Have a positive attitude with a sense of humor
• Excellent time management, written, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through ability
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding and preparation of design projects through all phases of development
• Proficient in Revit or similar design applications
• Prefer 4+ years of Multifamily design experience and working towards an architectural license
• Professional degree from an accredited college or university

Travel Requirements of approximately 0%-5%
