Job Description

ALL JOBS LISTED ARE BASED IN SINGAPORE ONLY.FOR SINGAPOREAN ONLY.

- Study Tender /
Construction Drawings
- Material Procurement (let the Consultant and Users approved)

- Monitor the materials will be deliver on schedule

- Prepare and submit Shop drawings

- Produce and attend weekly Project Reports

- Coordination (liaise closely with Consultant / Sub-contractors)

- Ensure works are done in accordance to approved drawings/specs

- Attend inspection / handover (work closely to the Users / Consultant
comments)

- Assist QS for V.O items

- Submit As-built Drawings (OMM)

Requirement

. At least Diploma/Degree in Architecture

. Min 3 years of Singapore working experience in building construction

. Proficient in Ms Project, Auto Cad, Revit (BIM) & Sketch-up application

. An independent, proactive & good team player
