Job Description
Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and formsCarry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.Coordinate with the Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues.Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.Prepare Material for submissionCheck & ensure of drawing according to designSite Coordinator with architect, client and sub-contractor
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Architecture or equivalent that is recognize by Board of Architects or BCA.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in in public and private residential and industrial commercial buildings or the related field is required for this position.Prefer candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore buildings codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality implementation.Good interpersonal and communication skills.
