Responsibilities
Coordination on all architectural drawings and works, prepare, submit and update Shop Drawings & As-Built submissions
Review & resolve with consultants on conflicts with architectural drawings and structural/M&E issues
Prepare, review, coordinate with clients, consultants, project team members, sub contractors and all relevant parties to discuss and resolve Project Management, Specifications and Technical Issues
Carry out work scheduling, cost control, project supervision & documentation to ensure timely and smooth progess of projects
Ensure quality is achieved & compliance to safety rules and regulations
Coordinate, monitor & assist the sub-contractors on the progress of work
