Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Architectural BIM Modeler (Fit-Out) with strong experience in interior fit-out and architectural detailing projects. The candidate shall be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, preparing shop drawings, coordination drawings, and supporting project delivery using Autodesk Revit and other BIM tools.

The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of architectural fit-out elements including ceilings, partitions, joinery, finishes, flooring, reflected ceiling plans (RCP), and interior detailing in accordance with project standards and Saudi authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Develop and maintain detailed Architectural BIM models for fit-out and interior projects using Autodesk Revit.
• 
  Prepare:
  • 
    Shop drawings
  • 
    GA drawings
  • 
    Detailed interior drawings
  • 
    Ceiling layouts
  • 
    Joinery details
  • 
    Coordination drawings
• 
  Coordinate architectural models with MEP and structural disciplines.
• 
  Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company standards.
• 
  Perform clash detection and support model coordination using Navisworks.
• 
  Produce quantity take-offs and material schedules from BIM models.
• 
  Update models based on consultant/client comments and site changes.
• 
  Assist project teams during construction and fit-out execution stages.
• 
  Ensure timely submission of drawings and models as per project schedule.
• 
  Maintain proper documentation and revision control.

Key Qualifications:

• 
  Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 4–8 years of experience in Architectural BIM Modeling.
• 
  Minimum 3 years of fit-out/interior project experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• 
  Experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, residential, or high-end interior projects is preferred.

  Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and authority requirements is an advantage.
