We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Architectural BIM Coordinator to join our team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will serve as a critical link between architectural design and project execution, managing Building Information Models and ensuring seamless coordination across all project disciplines. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and coordinating BIM models while facilitating effective communication among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.   • Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

  • Coordinate architectural models with MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) and structural disciplines to identify and resolve conflicts and clashes

  • Perform clash resolution, documenting issues and coordinating resolutions with relevant teams

  • Create and update drawings and schedules, including plans, sections, details, and schedules from BIM models

  •  Enforce BIM standards, protocols, and best practices across all project deliverables

  • Collaborate with BIM team, architects, engineers, to ensure BIM model accuracy and completeness

  • Manage model organization, naming conventions, and file structures to maintain data integrity

  • Support the implementation of BIM workflows and processes to improve project efficiency

  • Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on BIM-related matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

  • Minimum 2-6 years of professional experience in BIM coordination and architectural design.

  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Navisworks

  • Strong knowledge of 3D modeling principles and architectural design standards

  • Demonstrated experience with multi-disciplinary project coordination

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify and resolve modeling conflicts

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities

  • Proficiency in technical documentation and construction drawing standards

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Autodesk Revit Certification or equivalent BIM credential

  • Experience with additional BIM tools such as Dynamo, Solibri, or BIM 360

  • Knowledge of MEP coordination and clash detection workflows

  • Familiarity with construction sequencing and project scheduling

  • Experience with Building Information Modeling standards (ISO 19650 or similar)
