Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Architect (QP) to oversee Architectural Design and regulatory compliance for landed residential developments The successful candidate must be a Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (Singapore) and authorized to act as a Qualified Person (QP)

Salary up to S$7,000, comes with performance bonus.

5 days work - Monday to Friday

Job Responsibilities

Design & Development

• Prepare, review, and refine architectural concepts, master plans, and detailed drawings for landed residential projects.
• Ensure all designs align with client expectations, regulatory standards, and company guidelines.

Regulatory & QP Responsibilities

• Serve as the Qualified Person (QP) for architectural submissions.

• Prepare, endorse, and submit planning applications (e.g., Written Permission) and building plan approvals to authorities such as URA and BCA.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and local regulations.

Authority Coordination

• Engage with government agencies and regulatory bodies to obtain

  approvals.
• Address technical comments, queries, and submission requirements promptly.

Project Coordination

• Work closely with Professional Engineers (PEs), project managers, and consultants to ensure design intent is upheld throughout construction.

• Facilitate smooth communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Site Supervision & Support

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor architectural works.

• Resolve discrepancies between drawings and site conditions, ensuring compliance with approved plans and specifications.

Quality Assurance

• Maintain high standards of architectural quality and workmanship.

• Ensure adherence to contractual requirements, safety regulations, and

  statutory codes.

Documentation Management

• Oversee architectural documentation, including contract drawings,

  schedules, and design variation records.

Job Requirements

• Possess Minimum Bachelor Degree in Architecture.

• Registered Architect with the Board of Architects (Singapore) or an equivalent recognized authority.

• At least 7 years of experience in landed residential projects (e.g., terrace houses, semi-detached homes, bungalows).

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent architectural design software.

• Strong understanding of local building regulations and codes, including BCA requirements.

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
