Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced Architect Manager to lead architectural design projects, oversee project execution, and ensure high-quality standards in all aspects of construction and design. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team of architects and designers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural team, ensuring project goals and deadlines are met.
- Develop and oversee architectural designs, ensuring compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and success.
- Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.
- Ensure all architectural projects align with the companys vision and strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing architectural design and management expertise.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and other design software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of Cambodian building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
