Job Description

Location: Subic Bay Freeport Zone,Central Luzon,Philippines

Planate Management Group is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with technical support centers in South East Asia and East Africa, that provide program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

The Architect Intern (Landscaping & Exterior Design) will provide hands-on support in developing landscape concepts, site layouts, and exterior architectural details for Flavor and Aroma projects. The role assists with research, visualization, technical documentation, coordination with consultants and vendors, and site-based activities to help deliver functional, sustainable, and brand-aligned outdoor environments.

The location of work is in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing landscape and exterior concept options, mood boards, and schematic site plans aligned with Flavor and Aroma’s brand and user experience
  • Maintaining technical drawings and specifications
  • Conducting general troubleshooting of systems and equipment
  • Analyzing production issues and assisting with solutions
  • Responsible for the data collection and report preparation
  • Performing other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate

Qualifications To be successful in the role:

  • Currently pursuing Architecture Degree
  • At least a basic portfolio or profile showcasing relevant academic or project work
  • Experience or exposure to restaurant design, F&B spaces, or similar commercial design projects is preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and oral
  • Able to follow instruction
  • With attention to details
