You are responsible for
Own architectural and technical responsibility for solutions
Author and review requirements and design documents
Design and deliver the key customer needs as software solution
Interface with stakeholders for requirements understanding, architecture clarifications etc.
Actively participate in project estimation, planning and risk management activities
Identify and escalate risks on time
Participate and contribute to roadmap definition and delivery
Work closely with the System Architect to identify & answer important product/solution questions through prototypes or solutions
Drive technical excellence and quality improvements across the team
Ensure compliance to the Quality Management System and regulatory requirements
You are a part of
PS I2M focuses on serviceability engineering and provides SW solutions in the space of Serviceability Platform, Analytics Solutions Platform and Remote optimization.
We develop software to install, diagnose, service and monitor medical devices. We also offer tools and methods for the creation and sharing of device diagnostic knowledge using latest technologies.
We work with BIU R&D groups, Service Innovation groups, Philips Research, Field and Remote Service Engineers & Specialists to develop the right tools, applications and mechanisms for serviceability.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following
B.E/B.Tech/MCA with overall 10-12 yrs. of IT industry experience
Strong Object Oriented development and design knowledge and experience
Advanced knowledge of C#
Good to have healthcare & DICOM knowledge
Strong knowledge of all phases of the SDLC
Familiarity with global healthcare regulations and interpretation
Knowledge of design patterns and practical applications
Expertise in development, testing and debugging skills
Strong abstraction, analytical and problem solving skills
Working experience in Agile/SAFe development methodologies
Personal Characteristics
Extremely good communication and presentation skills
Technical mentorship
Fast learner. Ability to grasp key concepts quickly with minimal or no supervision
Ability to take ownership of team goals and deliver with quality and within required timeline
Ability to innovate and foster innovation

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
