As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle - Senior Manager (HCM/AI/Finance/SCM), you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes, improve operational efficiency, and achieve strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems, and validate outcomes with clients. You will direct teams through complexity, demonstrating composure in challenging situations, and initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels. Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing project budgets and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within supply chain processes
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams
- Promoting process improvement and operational excellence within supply chain management initiatives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 15 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in SCM/Finance/AI/HCM
- Demonstrating advanced skills in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive supply chain solutions
- Applying data-driven insights to enhance supply chain performance
- Leading strategic procurement system implementations for efficiency
- Excelling in demand forecasting and planning operations
