As an Architect & Estimation Excellence - Oracle - Manager (EPM/SCM/AI/Finance), you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency to achieve strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to meet client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery and encourage others to do the same, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve strategic objectives
- Guiding teams in the development and execution of supply chain transformation initiatives
- Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and decision-making
- Overseeing the deployment of Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management and related tools
- Encouraging innovation and embracing technology to enhance service delivery
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and improve performance
- Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with stakeholders to resolve issues

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications

Knowledge in AI/SCM/EPM or Finance
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for supply chain optimization
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects
- Embracing technology and innovation to enhance project delivery
- Developing skills outside your comfort zone and encouraging others to do the same
