Job Description

• Design and develop enterprise web applications using ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, and Kendo UI.
• Define application architecture, design patterns, and technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead technical teams, mentor developers, and review software deliverables.
• Manage production incidents, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and resolve customer support tickets.
• Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.
• Collaborate with business, product, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and operations.
• Participate in release planning, production readiness reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong experience in enterprise web application development.
• Expertise in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, SQL Server, JavaScript, jQuery, and Kendo UI.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with incident management, production support, and application performance tuning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Product Engineering is preferred.
• Exposure to Microsoft Azure is an added advantage.
