Experience designing and operating large-scale enterprise platforms with cloud-native and containerised architectures.
Experience with software engineering best practices, platform design and architecture governance.
Experience with data integration for structured and unstructured data and with agentic artificial intelligence frameworks, orchestration platforms, evaluation methods or artificial intelligence governance.
Lead cross-functional teams and mentor colleagues while creating clarity in complex situations.
Communicate complex architectural concepts clearly and effectively in English across different disciplines.
Connect squads, departments and stakeholder groups while remaining true to architectural principles.
