Data Analyst – LeanIX Rollout (ServiceNow Integration) Key Responsibilities Data Mapping & Migration Analyze, clean, and transform legacy application and technology data from various sources for ingestion into LeanIX. Map data fields between LeanIX Factsheets (Applications, IT Components, Business Capabilities) and external data sources. Define and execute data migration strategies to ensure zero data loss during the rollout phases. LeanIX & ServiceNow Integration Collaborate with the Integration and Enterprise Architecture teams to configure and maintain the LeanIX-ServiceNow integration. Analyze the ServiceNow data model (e.g., CIs, Business Services) to align it with the LeanIX data structure. Monitor and validate the bi-directional data flow, ensuring that feedback loops into ServiceNow are accurate and do not corrupt existing CMDB data. 3. Data Governance & Quality Assurance Establish data quality dashboards within LeanIX to identify missing attributes, orphaned factsheets, or stale data. Design and implement data validation rules to ensure ongoing data integrity post-rollout. Work closely with Application Owners and Tech Leads to drive data completeness campaigns. 4. Reporting & Insights Create custom reports, diagrams, and dashboards in LeanIX to provide stakeholders with visibility into the IT landscape. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights regarding application rationalization and technical debt. Qualifications & SkillsTechnical Skills Data Manipulation Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookups, power query, formulas) and SQL for data extraction and analysis. Data Analysis Proven experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation techniques. API/Integration Basics Understanding of REST APIs and data formats (JSON, XML) to troubleshoot integration synchronization issues. Preferred Skills LeanIX Experience Prior experience with a LeanIX rollout or administration is highly desirable. ServiceNow Knowledge Familiarity with the ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) or CMDB architecture is a major plus. EA Concepts Basic understanding of Enterprise Architecture concepts (Togaf, application portfolio management). Soft Skills Strong attention to detail(A passion for data accuracy and structural consistency), effective stakeholder communication, and analytical problem-solving skills to ensure data accuracy, collaborate across teams, and resolve data quality issues.
