Job Description
For a renowned design and architecture firm delivering high-end hospitality, luxury residential, F&B and commercial projects across Greece, we are looking for an Architect to join a talented and collaborative team.
Working within a human-sized architectural studio, the Architect will be involved in the design, development and delivery of multiple luxury projects, from initial concept through to completion
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts and design proposals in line with the studio’s creative direction and clients’ requirements.
- Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, layouts, presentations and technical documentation across the different project phases.
- Manage several projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency in design quality, deadlines and technical requirements.
- Follow projects from concept and design development through construction and final delivery.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, contractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
- Participate in project meetings, presentations and design reviews.
- Monitor project progress and provide solutions to technical and design issues throughout execution.
- Conduct site visits and follow construction works to ensure that the architectural vision and agreed specifications are properly implemented.
- Review materials, finishes, technical details and supplier proposals.
- Contribute actively to the studio’s creative process and overall design quality.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture.
- Approximately 5 years of professional experience, ideally within an architecture or design studio.
- Experience working on hospitality, high-end residential, F&B, retail or commercial projects would be highly valued.
- Ability to manage a project through several stages, from concept development to execution.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
