What You Will Do

• Collaborate onbase building,interior architectureand interior designprojectsthat include programming client needs, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, and management of budgets and schedules
• Design and deliver functional and beautiful spaces for projects within practice areas such as: Critical Facilities,Government andDefense,Sciences, Office Developers,Workplaces for Technology, Financial Services Firmsand Professional Services Firms,Strategy,Cities and Urban Designand more
• Provide project team coordination for finished plans, specifications, and material selections; ensure design intent is incorporated into the construction documentation
• Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
• Manage client,teamand project coordination, including full documentation coordination with structural, MEP, lighting, AV,landscapeand civil consultants
• Through the development of construction documents, provide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challenges  
• Facilitate construction administration, process submittals, conduct and document site visits, address technical issues, andmaintainquality control during construction
• Establish andmaintainongoing, productive client relationships

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Architecturefrom an accredited program
• 5-10years ofrelevantexperiencewithground up buildings.Additionalexperiencewith interiorarchitectureis aplus
• ProficiencywithRevitisamustExperiencewithSketchUp, AutoCAD+3-D,Enscape, Grasshopper,andRhinoisa plus
• Experience writingspecificationsis a plus
• Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structures
• Conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas
• Flexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of development
• Ability to communicate design ideas and direction quickly
• A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong leadership, organization,communicationand relationship management skills
• Licensed / Registered Architect
• LEED accreditationisa plus
• Demonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices;If possible, portfolios should include at least one project (especiallybuilt projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard,Fitwell, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus, which we look forward to discussing during the interview

*The estimated base salary range for this position is $85-110k, plus eligibility for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, with final compensation contingent on relevant experience.
