Job Description:

Lead team and consultants in implementation of projects
Manage client/consultant stakeholders and engage in project & site meetings to drive project progress and resolve issues
Conceptualize designs and carry out feasibility studies
Prepare submission and construction drawings
Control project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations
A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore
Minimum 10 years of architectural experience in Singapore
Proficient in BIM software, ArchiCAD
Good design with strong portfolio
Commitment to continual learning, desire to innovate, self-motivated and dynamic personality with right attitude
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or within a team
Well versed in Singapore’s regulations and authority guidelines
