You will work within a highly collaborative, client-focused culture that values design quality, resilience, and social purpose.

What You Will Do

  • Manage full project cycles—from conceptual design through construction administration
  • Lead teams, oversee technical quality, ensure consultant coordination, and deliver high-performing, well-documented architectural solutions
  • Manage all phases of projects, including project set-up, design, technical documentation, and construction administration
  • Lead design and technical decision-making, presenting real-world solutions to complex challenges
  • Supervise production of drawings, details, schedules, and specifications
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary consultants and ensure integrated documentation
  • Oversee budgets, schedules, staffing plans, and client communication
  • Conduct site inspections; review RFIs, submittals, and ensure design intent is delivered
  • Mentor and lead multiple project teams; contribute to office knowledge-sharing
  • Support client development through proposal input and maintaining client relationships

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 10–15 years of relevant experience within a commercial design firm designing and delivering buildings that are stunning and functional
  • Expertise in building codes, construction methods, and technical detailing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities
  • Proficiency in Revit, plus additional design/visualization tools
  • Experience delivering projects through full lifecycle, including post-occupancy
  • Passion for design excellence and continuous learning
  • LEED accreditation or WELL AP is preferred
  • Registered / Licensed Architect
  • Demonstrated commitment to resilience and sustainable building practices; ideally portfolios will include at least one project (especially built projects with LEED, Living Building Challenge, WELL Building Standard, Fitwel, and/or Net Zero Building certification) with this particular focus
