We are seeking an Architect to support commercial and industrial building design projects. This role is focused on architectural design, construction documentation, building system coordination, and project delivery using Revit and AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities
-
Prepare architectural drawings, models, details, and construction documents.

Develop design packages from concept through permitting and construction.

Coordinate architectural layouts with structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and other building systems.

Review building codes, accessibility requirements, zoning requirements, and project standards.

Support design reviews, client coordination, consultant coordination, and internal project meetings.

Resolve design conflicts, documentation issues, and field-related questions.

Maintain accurate project files, drawing sets, schedules, and technical documentation.

Assist with quality control reviews to ensure drawings are complete, coordinated, and buildable.
Required Experience
-
Architectural design experience on commercial, industrial, institutional, or similar building projects.

Strong Revit experience for modeling, documentation, and drawing production.

AutoCAD experience for drafting, detailing, and construction document support.

Understanding of building systems and how architectural design coordinates with MEP, structural, civil, and life safety requirements.

Ability to read, create, and review construction drawings, specifications, details, and code-related documentation.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work with internal teams, consultants, clients, and contractors.
Preferred Experience
-
Architectural license preferred.

Experience with commercial offices, industrial facilities, manufacturing buildings, warehouses, mixed-use buildings, or technical facilities.

Experience supporting projects through permitting, bidding, construction administration, and closeout.

Familiarity with building envelope design, interior layouts, life safety plans, and accessibility standards.
