We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple design and construction projects. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, capable of managing complex projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with our talented team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee all stages of project lifecycle from conceptualization, planning, design, to execution and handover.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet design specifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure effective communication and smooth project flow.
• Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
• Resolve issues and challenges that arise during the project execution phase.
• Maintain and foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
• Review and approve design, construction, and procurement plans.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in project management in architecture, interior design, or construction industry.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale, complex projects from start to finish.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management software, budgeting, and scheduling tools.
• Strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
