Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and coordinating design development, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and ensuring the seamless execution of architectural projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities：

• Lead the design process from concept to construction documentation.
• Prepare architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design intent and technical accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and project specifications.
• Participate in project planning, coordination, and site supervision as required.
  Provide design and technical input during tender, construction, and post-construction phases.
• Support project managers in maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Promote sustainable design principles and innovative architectural solutions.

Requirements：

• Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Registered with the Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM) or eligible for registration.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience (experience in mixed-use, commercial, or institutional projects preferred).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design, visualization, and technical documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and BIM processes will be an added advantage.
