Role description:

As a Graduate Project Manager, you will work at the heart of our projects, helping multidisciplinary teams and clients collaborate effectively to achieve successful outcomes. With guidance and support from experienced colleagues, you will contribute to the delivery of impactful projects that transform the built environment and improve quality of life.

You will have opportunities to gain experience across a variety of service lines and sectors, allowing you to develop a broad understanding of our services and the solutions we provide to clients.

Role accountabilities:

• Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects across different stages
• Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and external stakeholders
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and deliverables, with guidance from senior team members
• Assisting with project reporting, documentation, programme tracking, and risk management
• Helping to ensure that project objectives, timelines, and quality requirements are met
• Building effective working relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Contributing ideas and applying a proactive approach to support successful project outcomes
• Developing your project management capabilities through structured learning and practical experience
