Arbor Care Specialists (ACS) is seeking experienced Tree Care professionals to join our growing team! Located in Walpole, MA and servicing properties across the greater Boston area. You will work on high-end residential properties putting your arbor knowledge to good use in keeping our clients’ properties looking great!
Responsibilities:
Adhere to and enforce company safety protocols
Support crew leader inensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
Perform daily tasks based on project requirements and crew capabilities.
Participate in on-the-job training and mentorship to crew members.
Perform daily maintenance of tools and equipment assigned to you/your crew.
Demonstrate and perform proper climbing and rigging techniques, structural pruning and tree dissection skills.
Qualifications:
MCA and or ISA certification preferred or ability to obtain within one year of employment.
5+ years experience as a Crew Leader in residential tree care
Valid driver's license with clean record
Experience as an aerial lift operator and climber.
Proven ability to safely operate and maintain tree care equipment (e.g., chainsaws, stump grinders, chippers, aerial lifts).
Strong knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and proper pruning techniques.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
Capability to work in various outdoor conditions (heat, cold, rain).
Ability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
